Please see below regarding our policy on refund entitlement for collection and delivery from our Showroom.

  • Any order cancelled on the day or the day before collection or delivery date from or to our showroom is not entitled to any refund for balloons within the order.
  • Any order cancelled within a week of collection or delivery date is entitled to a refund less 10% of any balloon cost within the order.
  • No refund entitlement is due on any of our personalised products.
  • All non balloon and non personalised products are able to be refunded if product is unopened and unused.
  • Chair cover order cancelled within 2 weeks of collection or delivery date are entitled to a 50% refund of monies paid.
  • Any booking fee made is not entitled to a refund.
